Here is another Telecaster style kit from TuneCraft Guitars, the company that liquidated The Fret Wire stock. The body of this Tele kit is Paulownia, a very lightweight hardwood with beautiful grain. This kit – body, neck, and fingerboard – are finished with Tru Oil Gunstock Finish. It is straightforward and simple, a great DIY kit. It had a blade headstock, and I stopped short of making it a true Tele style only because, in my opinion, the Tele headstock doesn’t work well with wall hangers or hanging style stands. But this does look kind of funky and I don’t really like it.
