DIY #25 Glarry GST

Here is my first DIY guitar kit purchase from Temu. They identified it as a Glarry GST kit, and they were selling it at a considerably lower price than the Glarry website. I think this might have been a “factory second” though I have no way of knowing that. I found some issues with the quality of the wood, and you can see that the three pieces in the body are not well matched. But I actually think that gives it a little character.

The body is mahogany, with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard (they said, anyway). I finished the body with Minwax Tung Oil Finish and the neck with Tru Oil Gunstock Finish. It plays pretty decently. It came with a chrome bridge and jack, but I had a black bridge left from another project and thought it looked better.
